Our mailers are printed in full color on a very durable 15 Point Gloss Cover Stock. We apply double-sided tape with a removable liner to seal the flap closed. Each mailer comes with a perforated zip strip to easily tear open. Our standard size is a 11.066” x 5” (flat size). When converted, the piece is folded to form a 1.1285" tear-off flap to close/seal the 5” x 5” square disc sleeve.
We have 1 template for disc mailer, and it can be used in any of the Adobe applications (including Illustrator and InDesign). This templates distinctly emphasizes, cut, bleed, folds, and color space profiles.
Oh, and for the record (no pun intended), we do not provide or manufacture the discs.
