Offset Print Production

Offset printing is one the primary processes used in mass-production printing. In general, your image is thermally applied onto a metal or rubber plate which is receptive to ink. The ink is then transferred (ie. offset) to a rubber blanket which is then "offset" to the paper stock.

Using rubber blankets to apply images to paper is the most effective process used for textured stocks, such as linen, laid, felt, and columns. This process is just about the only way maintain a high-quality image consistently. The diversity of our press equipment allows us to accommodate small, medium or high-volume jobs efficiently.
